| ● PRINCIPLES & SCIENTICAL BASIS OF OPERATION | ||||||||||||||
| - Original metal oxide is mixed with a reductive agent and placed in the electric furnace, when temperature of an electric furnace rises
(temperature is gradually increased to oxide emollescence temperature)
to take oxygen from oxide (metal is regenerated) and then make the weight of oxide in the furnace decrease. System of sensors and data collection takes information about temperature, weight to the electronic control system.
- Control system takes amplification & standardization of receiving signals, information handling and transfers to a computer. |
